Good idea, or bad idea?
I really can't decide.

Steen Outdoor Advertising wants to know if their advertising
is effective. Good for them. However, they're going to stop
you at the front door and make you tell them before you enter.
Bad for them?

The home page at http://www.steen.com says:

Welcome to Steen Outdoor Advertising!
Please click on one of the choices below to enter our site:

HOW DID YOU GET TO OUR WEBSITE?
[] Saw our web address on our billboard
[] Found us on a Search Engine
[] Followed a hotspot from a non-search-engine site

Thank you for your input!

OK, so it's not a great example. I mean, a quick look at the
referrer log should answer the last two. But what if the choices
were:

[] Linked from another page
[] Saw the Web address on our billboard
[] Saw it in our magazine ad
[] Saw it in our direct mail piece

I found it so easy to clickthrough, that it didn't
bother me much. Is this a light enough touch that
it won't keep people away? Or are they shooting
themselves in the home page?
