I had tried something like this on a page that had another form and a lot
of people were having problems. It's perfectly legal to have two forms on
one page, but a few percent of people were being sent to the first form
when they hit the submit button for the second. It seemed to only happen
rarely, but with a variety of browsers. I finally decided it wasn't worth
the hassle.
