I'm hoping someone on this list can help me with a major decision.

I run a new Web site providing an online service for Web designers. I've
recently been approached by a large Web site which wants to host an
interface to our service within their site. They will handle all the
advertising for the interface pages including ad placement, tracking, and
billing. In exchange they want to commission of 40-50%.

I was wondering what the industry "standard" for this sort of arrangement
is. I've heard that DoubleClick takes a 50% cut for the same service, so
their offer seems to be reasonable. I just want a warm fuzzy that I'm not
about to get burned. Thanks in advance.
