I am the marketing and advertising director of a large newspaper in
Puerto RIco. We just launched our site couple of weeks ago
( I am starting to sell advertisement and to draw
a plan. About that study...

It does seem interesting but I do have a couple of doubts and I was
wondering if you also thought of this. I definitely think that banners
on the right hand side are more noticeable than others but...My
question is... with all the different resolutions and different size
monitors... which did they ( in the study) use and what are the
standards (if any). For example... did they use the 800*600 pixel
resolution? and how far down on a page did you place the ad? If
its a laptop it might not show on the first screen unless you
scroll down. I also wonder about that accidental click. It seems
very possible. I would also like to hear from others on this
issue. It's still a very interesting approach!
