A. Multi-level marketing companies are a dangerous proposition to begin
with, especially on the Internet. Please beware. Multi-level marketing can
easily become ponzi and the feds are watching the Net closely for
indications of this.

B. I want to recommend Don Sellers's fine book "Getting Hits"
from Amazon.com) which discusses use of META tags and how to optimize
yourself in all the major search engines. I wrote the foreword, so I'm a
little biased, but I use the book myself as it's a one-stop collection of
all that little niggling stuff you can't remember about all the things like
META tags, major sites, lists, etc.

Enjoy.
