I had the pleasant experience of having my web site "Wills on the Web"
(http://www.ca-probate.com/wills.htm) mentioned in Parade magazine
(which is distributed as an insert in hundreds of sunday newspapers).
That single article (which I have not yet seen) resulted in more than 25,000
extra pageviews each to that page and my home page. Fortunately, the
page was already included in the FlyCast ad network, which had ads ready
to run, and I generated ad revenue (at an average rate of $3 CPM) from that
surprise traffic. FlyCast, like some other ad networks, allows affiliates to
add new pages dynamically as they are created, and/or to use the same
ad code on a group of related pages if appropriate.
