Can anyone (you included, Richard) share with me their experience selling
and managing production and insertion of sponsorship ads included in this
type of email? Some specific questions are:

*What is the common pricing model? CPM? What are people charging?
*Is there any software that functions like banner ad management software
for scheduling ad insertions in an ASCII formatted mailing?
*Is anyone selling this type of advertising in a combination package
including banners or other online products and how are you coordinating
insertion and billing for each component?
