You're reading your data wrong. Many people now suspect that "request for
removal" is nothing more than an underhanded method of verifying that the
addresses are valid. For that reason, the number of remove requests is
dropping.

The real test is still how much business you get from spamming, which this
is, if you're sending information to people who did not specifically request
it.
