Margaret Raye of AdBot was kind enough to post this message regarding the
status of the situation. I just want to stress again that it is Chicago
Partnership Board, one of James R. Frith's other ventures, that is under
investigation. AdBot has not been accused of any wrongdoing.

Subject: Chicago Partnership Board article in Chicago Tribune

Chicago Partnership Board is under investigation by
the Securities Exchange Commission and a hearing is
set for December 15 in Chicago. Adbot, Inc. has not
been accused of any impropriety. We are presently
operating as usual (serving ads, processing orders).
We have a team of Internet Brokers at Fall Internet
World, Booth #4263 and plans for additional trade
shows in the upcoming months.

We still are planning a January 6th auction and
orders are being taken daily. Any questions regarding
Adbot should be directed to my attention. I will
keep you posted as information becomes available.
