Maybe it's me, but the order form pages are the last place I want an ad
to be. It increases the chance that they will go somewhere else before
they finish ordering. Yes only slightly but the money we make from the
orders is a hell of a lot more than the money we make from a couple
banner ads and I'm not willing to risk a sale just to stick up a banner
ad.
