Michael,

Almost any of the larger sites or networks can target by area code, zip
code, or by state. First you will need to contact a site or network with
considerable traffic to see how much inventory they have available in a
particular region. The CPMs will vary based on how many targeting criteria
you are looking for.

The Globe has been running very successful campaigns for Bell South and US
West for months. These campaigns are targeted specifically to the regions
these companies serve. While creative is always a major concern, we have
seen great results for well-targeted campaigns.
