Maybe I missed something here, Adrian, but
it seems you answered your own question--
It costs a base-rate to advertise at all and
each advertiser gets some formulaic percentage
of the amount the players have invested.
The better the billboard - the more the player
will like it - the more they will invest - the
higher the awareness and retention.

Sounds like a _great_ game for an advertiser,
if you can make it fun enough that Joseph
six-pack will playÖ.
