ONLINE-ADS>> Banner swaps with companies like MicroSoft, Yahoo, etc?

I have seen MicroSoft banners on small sites. I am very familiar with how
banner advertising works on the net. Somehow someone arranged a banner
swap or paid ad with MicroSoft on his low-traffic site (meaning grass roots
and non-commercial).

I have looked through the Microsoft site and cannot find a marketing or
adsales address. Therefor, how do I contact a large company about doing
a banner swap?

I am capable of offering hundreds of thousands of banners in swap with
anyone who has a service of interest to computer users.
