Yes I'm currently using Ad Juggler v3.0 (the latest, compiled
version). I
had used the original Ad Juggler which digitalNation took over. I upgraded
to v2.0, then Ad Juggle Pro and now v3.0.

While my banner space inventory is far less than yours (currently about
70,000 monthly) I would think some of my experience could be helpful.

Each new version added features that were improvements. Even one
feature
that I had mentioned.

The current version is runs not only well but quickly on my virtual
server. Banner maintenance (adding, deleting and so forth) is straight
forward and quick. I did have to review the new banner targeting options
("Pools") and look at it online for a few minutes to fully understand it.
Once I did, again, an easy ten fold improvement over Ad Juggler Pro.

What I feel is most important is the support I have received for Ad
Juggler. Even the small site that I am, I've received =outstanding=
support. Frankly, the support I've received from digitalNation is the best
I have received anywhere, for anything.

I know that sounds a bit much, but it's the truth. When I first
setup Ad
Juggler I had some problems on my virtual server because of the way AJ
(older perl version) was written. The first day I shot off an email to
digitalNation and had a response within 10 minutes.

After I got back into my chair I followed their directions. This went
back and forth over the course of the day each time receiving prompt
responses via email until my problem was isolated. Not each response was
within 10 minutes, but to the best of my memory each was within two hours
or so.

I'm not connected with digitalNation in any way other than the fact
I use
their product. I will speak loudly when a vendor/company provides poor
service. Likewise I want to speak just as loudly when any company provides
exceptional service as in the case of Ad Juggler.

If you have any specific questions, feel free to write me directly.

Regards,
Mark
