It's so easy to do this that I can't understand why sites don't offer this
service more often. When I sponsor a banner at a Web site, I really only
want that banner shown to each customer about three times. After that,
repeated exposures won't buy me anything -- the customer either has the
message or he's going to continue to ignore it. Cookies work very well for
this task, since about 87% of our visitors use cookie-capable browsers.

We offer this service in our targeted full-page ads, but they're quite
different from banners: http://tale.com/profile/

Q: Why should I pay $50-$70 CPM for targeted ads on Internet networks?
A: You probably shouldn't. With Adbot, bidding starts at only $5 CPM.
