Hmm... is that really true? By putting a banner on MY page, I am
essentially creating a distraction that will, by its very nature,
cause a certain percentage of visitors on my site to LEAVE MY SITE
and surf elsewhere. Shouldn't that be considered a "cost" of using
even "free" banners?
