Come on, write a CGI. In Germany all major on-line advertising vehicles
use the referer.

CGI for counting really each PageView. Look at

They are still two visits not one - but if you want it, use the referer
;-) for eliminating these "one click visits"!

In my opinion most on-line marketers only think on the construction off
models developed up in late '94 (I/Pro for example). These Models ignore the
effect of proxy servers and they are definitely don't work for users coming
from the
german on-line service T-Online. The reason is: The are using several proxy
servers for
one visit!!!
