There are some excellent handouts online concerning Web advertising on the
Thunder Lizard Productions site. Thunder Lizard produces conferences
around the US on Web advertising and software packages and the such. I
attended Web Advertising '96 in NYC this past October - I find that I
return to the conference binder again and again. Web Advertising '97 is
coming up in April, FYI. Anyway, vis-a-vis the discussion we've been
having about the value of impressions and click-throughs, you might be
