As this discussion desmonstrates, any ad agency that wishes to survive needs
to dramtically restructure everything about their operation: management,
revenue structure, servicing, etc.

This is what we did and it worked out well for us (PLUG: We also do this for
other agencies on a consulting basis).

The "standard 15%" is anything but standard and has been long gone for over a
decade.
