Mr. Bayerle, I have reviewed your site and I did find your web page at
http://www.auidea.org/Advertise/adsponsors.html which lists some public
service banners -- each of which is a distorted (compressed down to 440x40
size, appending your network's logo to the left of each image) version of
banners already listed at my page at http://www.ca-probate.com/psa_bann.htm
(loaded from the StarWave site).

It appears that your network has decided to include some PSA banners as
part of the rotation of ads in the IDEA Advertising network (something that
several other ad networks already do, and which is a laudable service to the
public), but this is NOT the same thing as a separate PSA banner service.
If you are offering to let other sites join your network and display ONLY
PSA banners, please clarify this.

In addition, I am uncomfortable with the notion of presenting distorted/
compressed versions of larger banners, rather than asking organizations
to adapt or submit their own banners in the designated size.

Finally, I would appreciate if you could provide more information about
your IDEA ad network for my page at
http://www.ca-probate.com/comm_net.htm
