On each monthly run of linkpads (mousepads with URLs and logos on,
distributed free to cybercafes), we give $2,500 worth of space to "worthy
causes". For the first three months, it was the EFF, and now we've
switched to Greenpeace. The cybercafe owners like it (they can suggest
new causes), it softens our image, and is tax-efficient.

As for driving traffic to PSA sites, linkpads are kinda hard to track.
But the EFF reported a significant rise in their subscription requests,
especially overseas, once their ads started to be seen in (65% Non-USA)
cybercafes.

We are managing to fill our linkpads every month - and all you folk with
unsold inventory have no excuse not to bill the adspace to the PSAs as a
donation and deduct the taxes.

"And now," cried Max, "let the wild rumpus start!"
