As well, when putting such an ad onto a page, you should remember,
that especially in Europe, local calls are not for free and many people
connect with a 'not-so-fast- modem or older netscape-versions.

If it takes a long time to load down a page they just wanted to see for
curiosity, they will be annoyed before even entering it, besides the cost
for
loading it down!
And even if it is a requested link - e.g. myself is skipping a site if it's
just
taking to long to access it (when searching for private interest).
Even nicer: you take the time to access it, and then the system tells you
that the browser you have is not suitable for displaying it.
