Hmm.. I'm not familiar with a way of letting a user _refuse_
cookies. Is
this something I'm missing?

Right now one can set Netscape and IE users (up to version 3) to
approve/disapprove of sending cookies on a one-by-one basis. This is so
VERY annoying when you have to refuse cookies for a page and every single
graphic within the page. If Netscape and IE have wised up and allow us to
auto-refuse all cookies, that'd be a great improvement.
