I read with interest your posting about the
problems of trading exposure for prizes.

I noted in particular about the issue of
bartering and the need to report such barter
to the IRS.

Would you know of any good resources on the Web
that talk about bartering?

I was wondering if it was the responsibility of the site
providing the (low value) prizes to report such barter
