I would like to ask for some advice. We have never paid for banner
advertising and have frankly been pretty sceptical about the cost
effectiveness of doing so. However, I am considering doing so for a client
site that sells three items: a natural libido stimulant (with
prostaglandin), a device to help cure serious male impotence problems, and
a self-help video by a medical specialist on male impotence.

This is obviously a very specialist market. We can only sell to men -
predominantly but not exclusively older men. There are a number of diseases
that create Libido problems for men, mainly Diabetes, Prostate and Obesity.
How do we go about finding a place to advertise that has traffic with that
sort of profile. Moreover, we would like to dip our toe in that water
rather than diving in head first. Any advice for this advertising banner
newbie would be gratefully received.

Leo
