I agree. We decided that we would base our fees on a minimum number of
impressions. If we deliver more they are free, if we deliver less we only
bill for the percentage of exposures delivered. In order to avoid changing
our cost stucture as our visitor counts increase, we are allowing for
additional advertisers at incrimental increases. By over booking and under
delivering we could maximize our returns, but may chase away advertisers
that expect a minimum amount of reach.
