Howard:

I have yet to hear of anyone using pay per inquiry advertising with
banners - though the thought has crossed my mind. $20 per inquiry is
quite a good return - I've never paid more than $5 (usually less) for
per inquiry advertising in print and radio advertising.

My advice is to make sure that the commission is per call and not per
sale made as sometimes when people say per inquiry they really mean
per sale.
