I'm fairly certain that there is not, if viewing time is the number of
seconds that a viewer might look at a banner (that has been fully loaded)
before moving on to another page. In other words, it's like attention span.
It seems that attention must vary by user, depending on the look of the
banner, the viewer's natural interest in the product or service, and a host
of other difficult-to-isolate factors.

If viewing time has to do with how a banner loads, that's probably
determined by server configuration, caching, connection speed (and other
things that more knowledgeable souls can address). These probably vary
considerably from site to site.
