What kind of average click-through rate can you expect from different
sizes of banners?

I've heard all the blather about click-through rates and how to boost them
from all the regular sources (DoubleClick, Infoseek, LinkExchange,
CyberAtlas. . .) and have even found some (very minor) boosts from some
characteristics which the big networks overlooked from looking at banners
at Four Corners (http://www.whitepalm.com/fourcorners if I remember
right), but although everyone says a bigger banner is a better banner,
nobody's willing to divulge how much better a banner a bigger banner is
(whew, say that five times fast). I even asked someone from Aaddzz, a new
network in the beta stage that displays multiple ad sizes, but all they
said was that there was more than the banner size influencing ad
performance (duh. . .)
