Cookies keep track of what I look at and search for and
am interested in. As a result, Web sites that incorporate
cookies are more interesting than others. Other sites have
dumb banner ads. Sites with cookies have interesting banner
ads. They also have dynamic pages that make their content
more interesting than other sites. Users will appreciate
the added value and vote with their clicks.

The value is high enough to marketers that Madison Ave will
roll out a "Got Cookies?" campaign if necessary.
