Some states have warnings that you must post on all alcohol related ads.
This may be a Federal requirement too. In New York, where I live, you
need to warn pregnant women on the effects of alcohol.

You may want to check with a lawyer. If you put a site up in one state you
may only need to comply with the rules of that state, not all 50 states and
all the US territories and and all Canadian provinces and the rules of every
possible non-North American country that allows Internet access (e.g. Do
you need to comply with the rules of an Islamic Republic or certain counties
in Kentucky that prohibit alcohol entirely? What about the unique alcohol
regulations in Utah?). You can see how extreme worrying about the
regulations on the Internet can get. The Constitution requires that all
states give "full faith and credit" to the laws and judgements of sister
states. Also States can not put undue burdens on Interstate commerce.
