In regards to on-line media kits, I work in an advertising agency that has
several national brand advertisers. While most people would assume that the
"planning" process for any given ad campaign takes months to prepare and
execute, the reality is 50% of our programs go out the door in as little as two
weeks. Start to finish.

With that type of timeline having media kits available to our planners ASAP is
crucial to delivering an intelligent program. We don't have time to chat about
the client, meet to discuss their objectives, etc. We'd love to, but sometimes
time just doesn't permit.

Having planners register and qualify thier interest, when all they want is
detail about your site, publication, whatever, is a time drain. Don't sweat it,
we'll call you if we need more info.
