Nice division. My background doesn't fit into any one category that neatly.
Have fun compiling this statistic.

I've worked extensively as a high tech marketing consultant, marketing
communications manager, business marketing writer, professional speaker,
corporate trainer, academic paralibrarian, character actress, and stand-up
comedienne.

I'm experienced in both the agency and client sides of computer and
electronics product marketing communications. I've managed marketing
communications (advertising, PR, trade shows, etc.) programs for high
technology (computer and electronics) companies as an in-house employee,
agency account executive and free lancer. The icing on the high tech
marketing cake is my MA in computer resources management, which came after
my undergraduate degree in Music.

Internet marketing was a very natural thing for me to do. My formal
experience into the world of online communications began as a staff member
of an academic library, long before high tech marketing caught my eye. I
used online resources to locate and borrow rare materials for business and
academic researchers. After hours I ventured into the world of BBSes because
I just couldn't get enough.

Somehow over the years, I've still managed to sneak in a few hours to do
arts and crafts, perform in local theater, sing, moderate a high tech
marketing communications discussion list, a TV show fan discussion list, and
a crafts making discussion list. (Mind you, NOT all of these activities are
currently active...but my eclectic life of hobbies and work pretty much
blows away any rigid LEFT BRAIN-RIGHT BRAIN theory of talent for Internet
marketing.)

Regards,

Kim
