Good point.

We are starting to utilize this more and more (For those customers that
actually have acces to the internet). Most people still request a hard copy
to be sent by snail mail, but once they view our online media kit they tend
not to need it. Not until we provided color charts and graphs, pricing,
demographics, site stats and all materials in our printed kit, did this work.

Further we are now doing our presentations online. We developed a template
web site in which we can show proposed layouts for sponsored content section
development. We download a local copy for person to person sales calls an
put it on a non searchable URL (www.obgyn.net/_demoname), for review by
others at the company and for subsequent review.

This seems to be working well. We just entered a contract with a company in
the UK by doing this. Having a web site type proposal seems to impress
decision makers and it demonstrates our ability to utilize the web and
showcases our talents.
