ONLINE ADS>> Who helps webmasters with ads?

Okay, there Are plenty of companies that will help a site get hits --
whether it's advertising, submitting to search engines, malls, direct
mail, whatever.

Enough. My site gets enough visibility. (I don't sell anything.) So
now to my point. I don't have the time to go out and find potential
advertisers. It would be nice if they came to me, which is normally
what happens. But it has become a daunting task to maintain a website,
negotiate banner advertising, *and* look for more advertisers.

Does anyone know of a third-party advertisement "match-maker" company?
Bottom line: I want to develop my site, and get the money from
advertisers without all the hassle. I don't mind putting up the ads or
anything.

I would be willing to pay a flat finder's fee for potential
advertisers. I would not agree to a percentage, as this wouldn't be to
my advantage. Essentially, after the potential advertiser comes to me,
the third-party won't have any more to do with the deal -- they get
their money, I get payment from the advertiser -- no middle-man. No 30%
off the top, etc.

Whew. Anyone know of such a company? Anyone want to advertise (hey,
worth a shot!) on my site? Is anyone else in my boat?

Billy
