Hello and thanks for this great informative source. I've already gathered
a great deal of useful info from these posts and think this service is
great.

I run an entertainment review service for parents. Since our visitors and
"hits" have increased to a level that we can now attract advertising, I'm
going to redesign our reviews so as to maximize ad space. I've noticed
some sites that run smaller ads in the "gutter" space on the left side of
the page (usually on a colored background).

Does anyone know if a standard size has been designated for these ads and
how their CPM compares to the usual banner ads found at the top or bottom
of pages?
