I think this is an excellent answer. As a web site publisher, I find
myself developing different programs based on an advertiser's needs, rather
than adhering to a strict rate card or CPM model. I'd be more than willing
to sell space on the basis of impressions *and* click rate combined. How
do you envision this model?
