(GASP!) What a novel idea! <wink> I'm glad I put one in my book and on the
accompanying disk. You can certainly customize it for your use, if you'd
like, but it's pretty good as it is for any type of vendor evaluation. It is
very detailed, asking alot of the questions you need to ask before you sign
on the dotted line. You rank certain elements on a scale of 1 to 10 for each
agency you evaluate.

You can use the form as the basis for interviewing colleagues of yours that
are already working with an agency or other current customers of the
agency-in-question.
