Kevin,

I can't offer you exact dollar amounts, but maybe some other
assistance/advice regarding online medical training and education could
help. Our company just finished putting together a site for a large
Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company which involved coordinating their CME
training area.

We ran into many road blocks with the FDA, so keep this in mind as well as
a good legal department. Consequently, we opted for most of the site to
stay within password protected area.

Medical professionals are required to be continually educated in order to
maintain their licenses. Because of this you will find many large medical
companies offering their financial support for developing accredited
classes. Working with a third company that is authorized to provide these
accredited classes is an integral part of this process. While these third
parties provided the educational content for the project we provided the
online delivery expertise.

For a basic module/training session, it can be broken down into two areas.
>From our experience.
1. The content for the education. This came from the other company
involved. They gathered the information pertaining to the subject. This
team was made up of medical researchers, doctors, nurses, and other trained
professionals. Approximately 200 hours of work from this team

2. The online interface. This was done by us. This involved online
adaptation of the aforementioned materials, including graphics, hts. and
coordinating the content. This was approximately 300 hours.

Total hours between the companies 500 hours. I hope this helps.
