Does anyone know any more details
regarding the new Microsoft banner ad
program in which they will pay $2.50
per each downloaded version of IE resulting
from a clickthru? Article on this at

Specifically, is Microsoft opening this up to
any site that wishes to run their ads, or will
this just be handled via their relationships with
large ad networks?

I searched the Microsoft site and could find no
information on this. Thanks!
