Greetings all!

With all the talk about clickthrough vs. impressions based pricing, I'm
curious what online media specialists and Web site promotions folks are
actually using to determine, or track the response to their efforts?

In terms of clickthroughs, is this information provided by the advertiser's
Web site or the commercial content-provider? How concerned are folks about
the drop-off in traffic?

How many Web marketer's are serving their own banners? It seems that this
is the exception rather than the rule, with most content-providers
physically requiring creative for their own banner management software to
serve?
