ONLINE-ADS>> Commonwealth Network changes the numbers, again!

Richard, I saw the "anonymous" posting from an unknown person at the
Commonwealth Network, asserting that the low sales figures shown are
not typical of the network. I suggest that some folks go read the many
messages posted in news://news2.linkexchange.com/le.test in which the
range of "paid" banner ratios for March ranges from 1.2% to a high of
about 3%.
The Affiliate Information Center was changed AGAIN today to reduce
the reported traffic for January: previously it dropped from 84% paid
to 68% paid and as of a few minutes ago, it reflects only 5.4% paid ads
in January for my site. I discovered this because I received email from
several other people reporting similar dramatic changes.
The Commonwealth Network has refused to respond to inquiries from
its affiliates, including email and telephone calls. They pay their
affiliates late, or not at all. If the most recent adjustment reflects
their intent not to pay, then at least we will soon learn the truth, when
they are sued. And trust me, the company WILL be sued if they try to cheat
affiliates out of over $300,000 in payments due for January traffic.
I have taken great pains NOT to share "rumors" and "anonymous tips"
from anyone, and I suggest that you NOT distribute future self-serving
anonymous comments from persons on ANY side of the debate.
What you distributed was a self-serving, vague statement.
