This is in the ClariNet news feed. A commcerial company that packages
information in groups before the term "content" became all the rage :-)

Best/cheapest way to get clarinet groups is via an ISP that carries them.
They pay a small per user cost to ClariNet and then in turn get access to
some or all of the groups.

You can contect ClariNet direct and buy access to groups but not many, if
any people do this.

With regard to that exact group I suggest to talk to them. However, it is
likly getting the info from a commercial source like a newswire.
