No online ads has not disappeared, it just faded away for a day yesterday.

I'm moderating the list until Monday as Richard Hoy is away. He claimed he
was going to Las Vegas, but I have heard from authoritative sources that he
actually is visiting Area 51, giving seminars to groups of space aliens on
the subtleties of online advertising.

I myself am presently emerging from proposal hell, largely without sleep
over the past few days. I'll get a few posts through today and hopefully
get caught up this weekend.

I've received a ton of great messages regarding my post about
copyright/trademark infringement. I'll synthesize them into one very long
discussion and forward it on to the list.
