Whitney,

Our company just finished off a four week sweepstakes for one of our
clients that ran this past month, it was for their new computer launch. We
made buy on CNET for 200,000 impressions. We had an average click through
rate of 4.2%, (8,400 clicks) on the site. The sweepstakes page itself had
over 615674 page views and 9.25% (55449 clicks) of the users went through
the entire process to register. These numbers are for the first three
weeks, we don't have final reporting yet.

Some weeks our banner click through rates when up as high as 5.0%. Our
sweepstakes through rate went up to 10.98% one week. These numbers are
based on the first three weeks combined and averaged.

We have held sweepstakes on some of our clients sites previously, this is
the first time we used an online company to promote the sweepstakes, as
well. We have always maintained a high click through rate on our banners.
One we ran on AT&T Business Network last year hit a high of 7.2%. Currently
we run sweepstakes with two of our clients on a quarterly basis.

I hope it helps. If you have any further questions, please feel free to
contact me directly.

Regards,
