You might want to check out
http://www.arentfox.com/features/sweepstakes/ which
is Arent Fox's Sweepstakes and Contest law site. Lots of helpful
information. While
there you can also check Lew Rose's Advertising Law Site which is linked
from the
Sweepstake site. Lew, an Arent Fox attorney, was one of the first
attorneys on the 'net
and his Advertising law site is a category killer. If he doesn't have it
there, you
probably need to talk to him directly.

Another I attorney I know who is familar with sweepstake/Internet
issues is Ron
Urbach at Davis & Gilbert rurbach_at_dglaw.com He gave a talk to the
Corporate Bar on
current Advertising Law issues and pointed out the problems created by
state and federal
regulation of contests on the 'net.
