I won't address your other questions, as they should be
answered by the advertisers members of the list. But as a
long time buyer of media, the answer to a service selling or
representing advertisers site is absolutely not!

A buyer must always be impartial and select the media that
best fits the clients needs. It certainly does not give the
impression of impartiality if the buyer is also sell
inventory on specific sites. The two do not belong
together.
