Hi everyone! I've been a lurker for ages, but my publication is
finally about to start putting ads on our pages, and I have a
problem!

It seemed to us that the best way to manage our ads was to juggle
them throughout our site (and collect impression and click-through
information). So we bought Ad Juggler.

But because Ad Juggler requires the server to parse every file before
it is "sent" to the readers, we encountered *enormous* server lag
problems! ("transferring from www.edweek.org" for 60 seconds
sometimes!)

Have any of you had -- and *solved* -- a similar problem? Is there
something obvious we are doing wrong? (Our server has otherwise been
behaving OK). Is there any way to juggle and track but still serve
static files?

I seek your wisdom. Thanks!
