The first class action lawsuit against Interactive Imaginations
has been filed by three affiliates of the "Commonwealth
Network." The complaint was filed on March 27 and it
was served on the company's registered agent on March 28.
The law firm handling the lawsuit, Tovar & Cohen in
Los Angeles, has posted a status/update page at

which includes the full text of the complaint (as a series of
image files). The complaint alleges breach of contract,
breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud.
