Dear List Members,

To all members, with specific regard to academics:

My company, StockObjects <http://www.stockobjects.com> is seeking an
efficient way to reach university and graduate students in computer science
and art programs with a valuable service through direct emails. Options
include:

1.contacting deans or program heads, and requsting that they either forward
a brief non-inflammatory email describing the service and its value to
students or give us a list of relevant student emails

2. doing same with university webmasters

3. contacting university administrators to request a reciprocal link on a
relevant portion of the university Web site

My question is what is the path of least resistance, given the bureaucratic
impediments that generally prevails at academic institutions? How do I
accomplish this as quickly as possible?
